The product/products you want to return or exchange must be unused, undamaged, resalable, and must be sent back with all accessories and the original box, if any. Products that have been used, damaged, lost their resalable, and are not sent with all accessories and the original box will not be accepted as a return and the shipping fee will not be covered by kulah.com.tr.
The refund of the product price is made after the compliance of the product with the return conditions is checked and your return is provided within 10 business days at the latest after your products reach our warehouse.
